The room was incredibly clean and had a charming vintage feel, boasting a very cozy bed and a lovely fireplace, while the presence of coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator added a nice touch to enhance the stay, and the service here was exceptional overall.

I truly enjoyed its amazingly clean rooms.

Overall had warm stay on a Friday night. The restaurant was awesome for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The bathroom was large, with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

The staff were efficient and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

The beds here are super comfy, with nice windows and a cozy fireplace in the room. You can see the harbor with seaplanes flying in and out - pretty cool, right? the design gives off a European vibe, and the location is right in the heart of downtown. 🌇

The best setting, I didn't feel like leaving.

The staff at the Bedford Regency Hotel are incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service. the rooms have a charming old feel, with modern amenities like a bar fridge and fireplace. It's a neat property with a refreshing breakfast option for a nice tea and treat.

Simple and fairly clean place. Bright rooms with a fireplace, central heating and an iron, exceptionally comfortable beds. Welcoming and exceptional staffs, gave a few recommendations.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

Unique hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff, near eateries and pubs. Conveniently based in downtown area. For tea or coffee visit Murchie's nearby. A nice restaurant and an Irish bar available😀

The location of the hotel made it easy to get to Chinatown, which was very convenient.

Room configuration and cleanliness. Central location close to many Victoria amenities.

Bathroom needed updated. Very old faucets. Glass door on bathromm was also a little impractical when four people were sharing a room.

The hotel is nicely designed and reasonably priced. It is an amazing base for staying in Victoria. - the staff is competent and very helpful. - the hotel offers exceptional service and fabulous food.

The wood fireplace is wonderful and really sets this hotel,apart from the others, the jacuzzi is great and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The lack of room service for breakfast

It was unique and had so much charactor each room is different and done in it`s erra . It`s a older hotel with each room wainscoted and you can get a room with a library sitting room or one with a fireplace or one with a Jaqussi bathtub. It`s quiet but right down town with many restaurants and tons of shopping and sightseeing.
